First Public Demo at Finovate Spring 2018

Aki Abekawa, Founder and CEO of Genial Technology, Inc., demonstrated Journal Entry Test module on May 9 at Finovate Spring 2018 held at Santa Clara Convention Center. In the demo, the Journal Entry Test module is described with more common words: Transaction Data Testing.

In this public demo to professionals in the finance industry, he emphasized the global trend of applying artificial intelligence to the accounting audit. In addition at the large FinTech conference, Genial Technology gained network and feedback that would accelerate business development after the demo.

Genial Technology continues the pilot test with one of the big four accounting firms to evaluate GenialAI’s other module: Sales Test. The module can be used not only in sales test procedures in external audit, but also in other tests that need to reconcile accounting database with paper-based supporting documents.
