Genial Technology to Exhibit at Japan DX & AX Week Autumn 2026 (Oct 21–23, Makuhari Messe) — Live Demo of “Analysis Assistant,” AI That Works Inside Excel

Genial Technology Inc. (Chigasaki, Kanagawa; CEO: Aki Abekawa) will exhibit at the “Internal Business DX EXPO,” part of Japan DX & AX Week Autumn 2026, held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, October 21 to Friday, October 23, 2026 (Hall 6, Booth A27-35).

At our booth, we will introduce Genial AI, an AI tool that works right inside the Excel you already use. The demos will center on “Analysis Assistant,” which supports everything from reading documents to checking and matching them, simply by giving instructions in chat, using examples such as invoices and contracts. Tell us about your current work and challenges, and we will tailor the explanation to you.

We will hand out the booklet “Genial AI Explained in Manga!” at the booth. In addition, for visitors only, we will tune one prompt for Analysis Assistant free of charge. Details will be provided at the booth.

■ What “Analysis Assistant” Can Do

Just give instructions in everyday language, such as “Check whether this contract has an automatic renewal clause,” and the AI reads the document and compiles the results in Excel. No specialized setup is required.

• Data extraction: Pull the required items from documents with differing formats, such as invoices, and enter them into Excel
• Document analysis: Identify the points you want to check, such as automatic renewal clauses and termination conditions in contracts
• Translation and summarization: Translate foreign-language documents into natural Japanese, and summarize long materials to suit your purpose and readers
• Matching: Check whether the management data in Excel agrees with the contents of documents
• Consultation and prompt-writing support: Get advice on your work even without a document, and let the AI help when you are unsure how to word an instruction

For every result the AI produces, you can check the supporting passage in the source document with one click.
Documents and data you enter are not used to train AI models, and are stored encrypted in a domestic (Japan) region.

• Works as an Excel add-in, so you can work with documents and data side by side on your familiar Excel screen
• Input assistance features (Text Clip, Table Clip, and Multi Clip) let you transfer text and tables from documents into Excel
• For high-volume, routine matching, “Voucher Matching” checks an Excel list against supporting documents in bulk and displays the match status in color-coded form
• ISMS (ISO 27001) certified; SOC 2 Type 2 report obtained
