The new system allows employees to decide how to increase productivity and achieve results in the time they have set aside for themselves, while also valuing their private time for interaction with family, housework, childcare, hobby, study, and other activities. As a result of repeated discussions on how to improve working styles, we have decided to introduce flexible working hours in order to realize a new normal way of working. The details of the system are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>\u25a0 Details of the System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start date: December 1, 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target employees: All regular employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Core hours: No core hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard daily working hours: 7 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The introduction of the flexisble working hours is not our goal. Genial Technology will continue to provide an environment where employees can choose a variety of work styles and achieve a work-life balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>\u25a0 Genial Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genial Technology offers Genial AI, a self-learning audit tool that automates vouching, with the mission of &#8220;AI for the more effective auditing&#8221; to reduce the burden on the auditors and allow them to focus on tasks that require human ingenuity and judgement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While there has been some progress in the development of tools to improve operational efficiency in the audit through the use of technology, the majority of these tools currently rely only on visual checks.
